FTC-Final Touch Construction has designed, remodeled and added to many a Bungalow around Park Hill, Congress Park, City Park and Wash Park by popping the top or building out the back, while keeping the original character of the home and adding some much-needed space. We have added a glass enclosed kitchen addition to a ranch in Greenwood Village, a pool room addition in Lakewood, a second story serene master suite to a cottage in Wheatridge, a second story three-bedroom, laundry and en-suite for a growing family in a Park Hill bungalow, and a number of other projects around Denver which allows our clients to stay amongst their friends and neighbors, while accommodating their desired need for space.
