We felt very fortunate to have found Final Touch to help with our pop top. Glen and his team walked us through the process and at every decision talked us through the pros and cons. Glen's experience with design helped us envision how things would look and why we would want to do things a certain way. The construction team does very quality work and made our house look great. Communication is very important to us and we felt Glen and his team communicated well, were quick to respond when we had questions, and were always willing to talk us through decisions when we couldn't make up our minds. They took a big project - by our standards - and made it feel manageable. We were very happy with how the remodel turned out and have recommended FTC to several of our friends and neighbors looking for a contractor.

We used FTC to do a partial remodel of our kitchen, total remodel of our main bathroom, hardwood floor refinishing, replacing fireplace tiles, installing a barn door and replacing all can lighting in our home.

Glen and Sandy both had some excellent ideas regarding ways to upgrade our kitchen without having to demo everything. We replaced our island with a larger, more functional one, replaced the counter tops and backsplash, and replaced all fixtures. It looks like a total remodel. They also had suggestions we incorporated in our main bathroom to make our space much more functional. We are in a townhome so we have space constraints. It looks beautiful to boot, and we love it.

The foreman, Levi, is great to work with. He's a very knowledgeable, respectful and kind person and we enjoyed having him around. The quality of all their work has been excellent and we happily have recommended them to friends. Pics to follow soon!

We had an amazing experience with Final Touch Construction. We did a large kitchen and living area remodel and the results surpassed all out expectations. Glen is creative, knowledgeable, aand above all trustworthy. We felt very comfortable with him and his crew in our home. The kitchen remodel is amazing. Great company to work with. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Glen (owner) is a gem of a person who has great vision, able to think outside the box, super creative and very professional in his manner and interactions. He came up with ideas and designs that other contractors (and us) were unable to think of and did not hold back with sharing them with us. (most others would charge just for the designs). The project took longer than what we had hoped for and cost more in the end but a lot of this was mission creep and some unforeseen difficulties. His crew is outstanding. Very diligent, meticulous, and professional to interact with. Was able to trust them to the fullest and they paid attention to minute details (eg cleaning up after the day is done so the kids don't get hurt). The team worked with us, accommodating our ideas to help us get to our dream home.

After 15 years of dreaming and speaking with seven contractors over several months, we decided to use Final Touch Construction for a significant remodel of the main floor of our home and have not regretted the decision. My original dream was beyond our budget, but Glen encouraged us to consider options that would incorporate the aspects that were most important. After lengthy conversations, he offered three designs that addressed our budget limitations, included nearly everything that was part of the original vision and, once we made a selection, he was willing to integrate sensible suggestions from us.

During construction, we were going to live in the basement with two large dogs so staying on a timeline was a very important measure. Glen estimated 4-5 months and we were moving back upstairs in 4 1/2 months! Their crews were considerate and efficient, and diligently cleaned up each day, which given the fact that more than half of the main floor was gutted and reconfigured was amazing.

A leaky builders grade shower presented an opportunity to redo the entire master bathroom and closet! After 10 years of thinking about how to re-do this area to make it more efficient, functional and beautiful, hours spent on Houzz and watching make-over tv shows, it was finally time! I found Glen and the FTC team at the Denver Home Show in early February and after vetting a total of 8 companies, chose FTC to begin the transformation. I called references, spoke to happy customers, liked that FTC was local, interested in my specific ideas and requirements and ready to pull permits to do this project right.
Renovations always take longer than what you hope for, but the results are so worth it! I smile each and every time I step on to the warm tile floor in the bathroom or walk into my new walk-in closet! The new free standing tub is easy to get in and out of compared to the old soaker tub and my new thermostatic shower is amazing! My absolute requirement was the 'wet' side of the bathroom be totally waterproofed so there would never ever be another leak and Glen and his team provided that.
